What this site is
Restaurant Social Tools explains social media scheduling tools from one narrow point of view: what a single small restaurant, cafe or local shop actually needs. That usually means one Instagram account, maybe TikTok and a Facebook Page, a Google Business Profile, and one or two people posting between shifts.
The site is run by people involved in running a small restaurant, who post to its social accounts themselves.
How we write
- Prices, plan limits and features come only from each vendor's official pages. Every article lists those pages under "Sources" with the date we checked them.
- If official pages disagree with each other, or a number is unclear, we say so instead of guessing.
- Our guides are based on each tool's official pricing pages and help documentation, read in full on the date shown in each article. We do not claim test results or experiences we do not have.
- We write the downsides and the "not for you if…" cases with the same weight as the good parts.
- Affiliate commissions never decide which tool we recommend or in what order. See our affiliate disclosure.
Corrections
Vendors change their plans often. If you spot a number that has changed, we will re-check it against the official page and update the article and its "last checked" date.
